So our GYM DIARY has been quite the experience for the two of us. Monitoring your exercise activities for a period of two months is something, that we can recommend to anyone. Now it’s time to take a break from this and to reflect and evaluate the last two months. So today we bring your the (for now) Final Week of our little experiment (and although we are going to keep working out, it is good to take a step back in order to get a good look at the bigger picture).
